Hello! I’m a working professional looking for a roommate in Costa Mesa near UCI. My current roommate is moving for health reasons and I’m hoping to renew my mo lease with someone in late March.

-Direct pool access from our patio
-On- laundry
-Pets allowed if ESA if not would need to pay the pet fee w leasing office, I have one dog and a small snake.

I work the night shift at an oncology lab so I currently don’t see my roommate much.
