2nd Bedroom for Rent

Hi there! I’m looking for a female
roommate to sublet the second bedroom to a bath apartment in Wilmington come February and to resign with me for a year at the end of June. The apartment is fully furnished however, you will need to furnish your own bedroom/bathroom as well as some kitchen accessories if you want separate items. Overall, I’m looking for someone who is clean, communicates, splits utilities with, goes with the flow and unfortunately no pets.
A little bit about myself is that I moved up to Boston last May for work in Software/Finance. I enjoy hiking, sports, concerts and traveling. Please reach out if you are interested!
