I am looking for a roommate for my 2 Bedroom. We would share a bathroom but you have your own bedroom. Preferably I would like a room mate that is a student and works and shows some sense of responsibility.

Rent is $500 a mo at the 1st of every month. This includes all Utilities such as: WIFI, LAUNDRY, Central AIR/HEAT, GAS, ELECTRIC. Location is in the Albany Park neighborhood and is mins away from Public Trans both the train and bus. Also their is a grocery store Tony's Finer Foods which is 2 blocks away. For 500 it is a steal.

Located mins away from the bus and train, Tony's finer foods, and is a good neighborhood.

I will need your previous roommates info( if living with one) if not that is fine but I would like your previous landlords information.

Finally I would like a print out of your credit score. You can receive this from trans union, empirean, or equifax for free. This is just to verify that you are responsible.
