I am looking for a nice, clean female roommate to replace me since I am going out of country soon and want to make sure that my current roommate finds a nice match. She is in her mid-30's and is a busy, hardworking person who likes to keep the place clean and organized. She is very helpful and respectful and nice to be around.

This is a 3-bedroom apartment in the border of South Orange and Maplewood, which is a great, safe location. There is a CVS and Stop'n Shop across the street and it is in walking distance to downtown Maplewood and South Orange, which also means walking distance to both train stations and bus stops. Also easy access to I-78/GSP and 280. The place has plenty of storage space and a fully equipped large eat-in kitchen. The 3rd bedroom can also be used as extra storage or office. She might even consider a 3rd roommate so the rent is less. Total rent is $1500 so for 2 people it would be $750 + cable and PSE&G. There is a seperate washer & dryer for tenant's use.
