My roommate is moving out in January (on the 12th) and I'm looking for someone to move into his place. The room is in a two bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom. Rent is $1,195 a month (split two ways, water is included in that). I've paid under $675 per month for rent, power, and Internet. I'd prefer to have a musician move in (I'm a classical musician and keep a busy teaching/practice/performance schedule), but I'm open to anyone. The unit has a private gate and parking lot, directly behind the patio.
