Room for rent in a 2 bed townhouse

Description

We have one bedroom available for rent start January until June or longer depending how things work out. We won’t be around from end of January until End of May so we need someone who will take good care of the house and our belonging in our absence. We share Utilities. ( Gas, power and internet) one car parking included (outside). I don’t have paid . Female preferred.
