Room in Buckhead

My partner is the guy in the picture. We are moving to this apartment complex in Buckhead () by February 15th. We're looking for a female to move in with that is good hearted, fun, willing to work as a team to make our living situation a good experience and down to earth. Must have a job, must not be anti-social. We're fun. We're looking for a family/commune type of feel where we share grocerie money and cook meals together occasionally and share our dreams together. We're both talented musicans and I'm a business owner with an investments company hat I'm starting, so we're looking for someone we can grow as a unit with. Or in other words, plan on how we can work together to accomplish our goals. We're not saying you have to be around us for a lifetime but we want someone in our lives that we can say made it better by more than just helping us with cheaper rent. I guess I'll stress again that we're looking to live as a family. We don't plan on moving till February so in between that we would hang out, meet our current roommates (they're Champ's family and someone he grew up with for years) so they can tell you how we are as references, and get to know each other. We're not creeps, we're not gonna come up to you and ask for hugs and just intrude on your personal space a week into knowing you lol. Or just all in your face, can't take a hint when you're making someone uncomfortable ass people. I know it seems like people like that would say what we're saying but naw, lol. We're pretty laid back. We simply are doing what roommates would end up doing anyway if they got along great and shared similar interests. We don't want to get a "friendly" applicant and then when we move in get a whole nother story. You could say we're kind of hippiesh, but we're just community type of people.
