Roommate(s) wanted!

RENT IS PAID FOR DEC!!!

Bout the place:
2bed 1bath (however I'd be willing to move to a 2bed/2bath if it's important to you. I personally don't mind either way).
It's pretty nice, vaulted ceilings, covered parking, storage, rooms are decent size, bit of what's in the pics will be gone (cause it belongs to current roommate).
Semi furnished: Just couch, coffee table/ottoman, tv stand, shelving unit will be left. (I'll probly be buying another TV if you don't have one to put in the living room) You can put whatever you want in the dining room and living room other than that. Most of the time I'm either working in my room or playing whatever video game is out. Usually with headphones on so it's pretty quite. I myself don't care bout noise etc unless it's something that will disturb the neighbors. Most of whom I'm friends with. Will add more pics once current roommate is completely moved out.
