Room at Wrightsville Beach!

Hey! I am trying to find someone (male or female) to take over my lease for a room in an apartment at Wrightsville Beach on access 17. It's a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and rent is only $580, that includes water, energy and internet. The other roommate will be staying, she is a 22 year old recent UNCW graduate and works full time at a resort on the beach, she is clean, respectful and responsible. Move in as soon as December 19th or January 1st! Let me know if you're interested or know of someone who would like to live at the lovely WB!
