Description

I have two rooms available for male or female.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed. Kitchen on . No laundry on (there is a laundromat down the street).

If you are a student at Southern Utah University, it is about a 5-10 minute walk from campus.

The total amount for move-in is a $250 deposit + $250 for the first month = Total of $500.00

Utilities & Wi-fi will be divided between three tenants each month.

The way the lease will work, will be an on-going lease. So if you decide to move out at any time you may, as long as you can find someone to fill your room. And the new tenant must be approved by the remaining tenants and the landlady which shouldn't be to big of a problem because the landlady is very sweet.

If you are located in Cedar City, you can go into the office and talk to Tanya in order to sign the lease. There will be an application that you must fill out there. You can pick one up from the office or contact me directly and I will it to you:
