$765 Townhouse Room for Sublease

Hey guys! So I'll be going abroad in January 12th until April 28th possibly and I just need someone that will be able to sublease for that amount of time, even longer, so August 20th (because I'll be in new york for the summer working. The place is really nice. It's called 450 piedmont. 2 floors. 2 car garage. (I do not have a car so you'll have space), washer and dryer. My room has a walk in closet, own bathroom, nice view of the bank of america building, as well as the hyatt hotel. Wood floors in the living room kitchen and dining area carpet upstairs. Theres a balcony as well. The place is very chill. The marta station is right up the block. I live with my bestfriend and she's very cool i swear! Won't bother you, sure you guys can get along as well. The room will be somewhat furnished, All my bathroom stuff is staying so you're free to use it (shower curtain, trash bin, bathroom rug, air wick lol), also I have a queen sized bed that'll be in the room as well, it's so freaking soft and awesome you'll like it. There is also wifi already so I would just give you the login information for that (sometimes it may be shitty). Just text and will send pictures. LGBTQ friendly!!!!! So the $765 is the base pay, but the actually amount you'll be including water(usage), pest fee, trash the bill is $813-815 a month per each of you(you and my roommate). The only "disadvantage" would be that there is a homeless shelter across the street but they don't bother anyone and it's not really a big deal. electricity would be split as well and of course that can be cheap or expensive based on usage.
really cool spot! neighbors are awesome. there is a pool that's open year round . there is free wifi in the clubhouse (also good coffee and tea, and sometimes even snacks). maintenence is awesome and always on it
