Description

I have two private rooms available for rent, half a mile away from SUU. Each room is very nice with new carpet, newly painted walls, and a large closet. The bathroom will be shared by one other person if someone else moves into the other room. Big kitchen with spacious living room. The $325 includes utilities and Wi-Fi. There is a laundry room downstairs. I am a female, and would prefer female roommates, but I am not totally opposed to a male roommate.
No smoking/No pets.
