W Doty St One Bedroom for Rent

I am looking to sublease my bedroom for the spring semester (I’ll be abroad). Move in and move out times are flexible—as long as you have moved out by June . Move in will be mid-late January. I live in the bottom half of a house on W Doty Street, about a minute walk to campus. I pay $ a month, but rent is negotiable as well. We have a dishwasher, fully functioning and plenty of appliances (oven, stove, microwave, airfryer, rice maker, and coffee pot), and a basement with plenty of storage. The house would be fully furnished, and you would live with my two female roommates and my cat Kylo. Please let me know if you want any more information or are interested!
