I'm a friendly guy and easy going person. I will make your stay comfortable! Location is at Clay and Fry Rd in Westfield Estates subdivision. Lonestar College is nearby as well as Houston Community College.
$750 Rent and $300 deposit.
Full access to Washer/dryer/kitchen.
4 bedroom house-3 rooms upstairs and one downstairs (mine lol). Upstairs has game room and bathroom that you would have as your own for the most part. Common areas are to be shared. If you want cable or internet you can get your own or share the bill with me. Electric is included within reasonable usage. If you are a parent who has visitation rights with your kids on the weekends etc they are welcome as I have my own kids every other week. So I am understanding.
