6 Month Sub Lease

Manor at Buckhead is becoming a new and improved apartment complex. I am extremely impressed with all the renovations that have been happening within these last 6 months. The pool, work out facility, tanning bed, location and complex itself is clean and worth the price that it is. I am looking for a sub-leaser for these next 6 months up until May. My room is in impeccable condition along with the apartment as it is a newly renovated. It has hardwood floors (except in the bedrooms), granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are a lot of amenities like having your own washer in dryer in the unit as well. This is a two bedroom apartment. My room is the smaller of the two, however, because the bathroom is not connected. There is a ton of space, and would not say it is small at all. I am extremely clean, and like I said before, have only been living here for about 6 months. Attached are some images.
