I suddenly have to go back up north and am looking for someone to replace me on my lease from Dec15 until July15 with the opportunity of resigning for another term come the end. I am offering one spacious room in a large cozy house, shared large bathroom with one other, washer and dryer in garage, beautiful backyard and lanai, also a back den. Your possible future roommates are one female one male (20-21), one works and is a student and the other works full time. They are clean and friendly people also laid back.
