Private room for rent

Hi! Looking out to rent out a room or two in our family home. We do have two dogs so please be aware when inquiring. My mother and I own this property while I permanently reside here. We have two other long term tenants in the home.

Utilities are included in the rent. Kitchen is free to use when cooking/cleaning. Bathrooms and showers are shared. Master is off limits. Only the owners (myself and family) use anything available in the master bedroom or unless there was already permission granted. We’re looking for someone that’s independent, can look after themselves, and especially clean up after themselves. We don’t have a problem with alcohol or marijuana as long as the smell is not brought in and it doesn’t affect other tenants/houses. We are not open to having multiple guests over seeing as how this is a shared space- respect for one another is important. The people who reside here are in their early/mid s, so please keep that in mind as well. We usually keep to ourselves!

We’re right next to the , closer to the valley. Simi High is down the street as well. Neighborhood is relatively quiet with neighbors that are friendly enough. There are parks spanning our area which is a plus. Parking is abundant. No driveway parking unless asked. Please, NO KIDS.
