NO security deposit is required. The rent includes ALL utilities (electricity, cable, wireless Internet, trash, water, and sewer) with NO upper limit. My roommate is Dhara a UIUC student and she is clean, respectful, quiet, friendly and super cool.

The building locates in Campustown and is within walking distance to UIUC campus, County Market, and the diverse restaurants on both Green Street and Downtown Champaign. Communal facilities include two fitness centers, a pool table, a business center with printers, free tanning, and bike storage. The maintenance and service staffs are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Optional covered parking is available through the leasing office.

Specific information about the unit--compared to many of the units within the building, this unit does NOT face the Red Lion or Green Street, so it is quiet at night.
