Hi, I'm selling my contract to Wolverine Crossing because I'm transferring schools. The contract is for spring semester 2016, and will be available December 21. December's rent will be paid for. The apartment is on the ground floor and right next to the parking lot, which makes bringing in groceries really easy. Wolverine Crossing is also super close to UVU, so the commute is barely any time at all. And you can walk to class if you don’t have a car. There is also a bus stop on the other side of the parking lot if you have a bus pass. The people here are so friendly and there is a great atmosphere throughout the whole building. There are occasional activities where you can meet new people and have fun. It’s a great community here.
