Hanover Landing Room Available ASAP

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my year lease by November or December. I signed in August so you would just be living there for to months. I live in a two bedroom apartment with a roommate. My roommate is a college grad with a dog. Another pet could be okay but there is a fee. Rent is around $350 per month plus utilities, making it closer to $400 dollars at the most. I have a mattress that I can leave there for $ if necessary. Water and trash is included. Only utilites we pay are energy and internet. A security deposit of the first months rent and background check required with an application before move in. I am really hoping to be out by late November. You would be helping me out greatly.

Hanover Landing is in a great location two miles from downtown and a few miles from UNCW. Walking distance to many places and a nearby park.
