3 bed 3 bath apartment!

Looking for someone to take our lease over. 3 bed/3 bath all private bathrooms. There is plenty of storage. Nice floors and plenty of space. I only have pictures of one bedroom but will post more. Applicants will pay a $75 application fee which is less than most places. Rent is very cheap and could be split between all three tenants or you could have 2 people and a spare bedroom. Rent is only 870 a month split between 3. Utilities were around another $50 a month per person.
