Hello. I have 1 very nice FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED Room 4 rent in my home. I am okay w/ Male or Female roommates. The house is located at 7219 Sherbon Way in Wilmington. It is in North Wilmington right off of Gordon Rd. The Room is 12x10. The Room has carpet and a window that faces the frontyard and the street. There is a fenced-in backyard. I have 2 small friendly dogs: Butters (Yorkie) and Coco (Beagle). Neither dog sheds and they both r quiet. I am 33 and own an online business. I am looking 4 some fun people to live w/ me who r also not 2 loud and can always pay the rent on-time. I would prefer some1 in their 20s or 30s. I go out to bars during the week and usually go out on the weekend.
The house is in a great location from Wrightsville Beach (4 mis), downtown (5 mis), and UNCW.
If u plan to burn candles or incense in ur room plz dont call me. That is a fire hazard.
washer and dryer in house/ dishwasher/ garage 4 storage.
u must be clean or average in the common areas/ i dont care if u have messy habits in ur room.
