forty-three hundred sq ft home in South Seattle / South Beacon Hill. Home is a diverse LGBTQIA+ household! Historically we have all types of people from the LGBTQIA community and allies generally mid thirties. Home has a high end hot tub, gym, pool table, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor dining and sitting areas and beautiful outdoor areas to relax including an outdoor daybed, floating chair and covered swing loveseat. Free parking in driveway. Gigabit Mesh WIFI. First/last/ security deposit/background check/year lease required. Utilities and household items are separate, budget about one hundred fifty per month. For best cohesion and compatibility with existing roommates please no pets, no drugs, no smoking and no couples. Shared bathroom. Must be a very clean, respectful person that is easy to communicate with. You are free to use the gym, jacuzzi and outdoor amenities. Our neighbors include horses, goats, cows and we are still in Seattle, across the street from Seattle’s one hundred year old farm/ranch.
