Private room is available for a SINGLE, FEMALE roommate, as fully, partially, or un-furnished (same price). Private/semi-private bathroom. "Share my home" of course includes kitchen and laundry and office, plus living and family rooms. Neighborhood is extremely safe, clean, and quiet. Beautiful yard with lagoon-style pool. My very friendly, hypo-allergenic, therapy-certified 24 lb dog has his own doggie door to backyard. His cat is strictly 'indoor' and is still only occasionally seen. Your pet may be welcomed after we all meet to check out compatibility. Walk to both neighborhood park, and dog park. Rent short or long-term. Very friendly, welcoming, easy-going household.
