You will have the entire use of all common areas of the home, not just stuck in your room to cook your dinner on a hot plate. Looking for a mature professional woman only, no smoking inside or on the lanai no parties and no DRAMA please, looking for someone who get along well with others. You will have to be employed or show proof of funds, a pet will be considered with a small deposit. Home is shared with 2 friendly professional woman who both work day shift along with a cat and a small dog, so you must be pet friendly. Rental includes all utilities electric, central air, water, laundry room new washer & dryer, lawn care wi-fi & basic cable. Master bed room with large t.v, shower, large walk in closet, tastefully decorated with a queen bed with all linens, bedroom furniture, tile floor a few steps from your room step onto a large screened lanai then outside into a beautiful fully fenced backyard with many tropical plants along with a pond, gas grill patio area with chairs and umbrella, parking shared 4 car driveway. Cooks kitchen with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances, you will have full use of the kitchen, your own pantry, all pots, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwave included + 1 shared refrigerator. Laundry room washer and dryer, you must purchase your own soap and supplies and clean up after yourself doing your dishes etc and cleaning your room and common areas. Rental is $595.00 month + $300 security deposit. Looking for a month to month renter with a stay of 90 days at least, 30 days notice must be give when leaving.*Income verification back ground check references are required. If you are not working you must show proof of income.*Pet friendly to responsible pet owner only, proof of vaccinations + vet reference $200 pet deposit.
