Large room within city (not Uptown)

The room is an over-sized master bedroom that has it's own bathroom and adequate closet area. It's large enough for over-sized furniture, that is part of a queen or king sized bedroom set. The room has been maintained well and would make a great spot for someone that wants some space in their private area of the apt.

About me, well I'm a younger professional male that keeps a pretty contemporary lifestyle, and do not party or keep a residual 'socialite' atmosphere at home. I'm looking for a similar lifestyle in a roommate, but since I would be sharing a living space with someone, it would be nice (but totally optional of course) to have someone that is willing to do things from time-to-time to get to better know each other as people as well. I prefer someone that likes to clean-up after themselves, responsible, mature and can pay rent on time. As for the rent, and just to clarify, $550 a month DOES include the $100 utilities fee each month as well. Lastly, I'd prefer a female roommate, as I've had better experiences with them, just as people. Thank-you, and I look forward to hearing from a future roommie!
