LOOKING TO ADD 1 MORE ROOMMATE

Married male couple looking to rent out part of our newly renovated 1920's bungalow. One bedroom and the full living room on the first floor would be included in the rent. With taking the full living room area, it would be understood that it would be "your" area for living purposes, but since it is a main route through the house to the front door (which is only used to retrieve mail etc) it would not be as "private". The front door would also be the main access point for the renter, since we use the back door as our main entrance. Laundry room in the basement would be a common area with access to new washer and dryer. Common areas also include kitchen, formal dining area, and bathroom on the main level. Bathroom is only shared for shower purposes, since the upstairs bathroom does not have a separate shower. There is some storage area in the basement that is open to negotiation. Rent also includes all utilities-- Water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas, high speed internet with wifi, and Directv. We usually spend most of our time upstairs, or in the basement theater room watching movies with our two dogs. This is a very quiet house, and we are looking for the someone with the same mentality. Definitely NOT a party/drug oriented household. Ideal applicant would be very career and goal focused. Background/credit check will apply but open to negotiation.
