Hello! I’m looking for a female to take over my lease in January at The Retreat Corvallis. My lease goes until the end of August but can be renewed for longer, if you like it! This is an individual room & private bathroom for rent in a .5 bath townhouse. The rent price includes all utilities aside from electricity which is about additional dollars a month (total dollars).
