I'm nice, kind, clean and need a place terribly bad

I am so easy to live with and I have a reference. I do have 1 cat, new environment, she will hide until she's sure its just her and myself. She doesn't scratch furniture, or anything of the sort.I clean my own dishes, clothes and room. I would totally help take care of the common area and bathroom. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP
