I have an unfurnished room available in a house I am renting for $650/month all utilities are INCLUDED with a $650 refundable security deposit. Plus housekeeping twice a month!!!

Available Jan 1st. for a 5 month lease to start.

It's a 3 bedroom house (me, another single guy, and maybe you) with a private pool and fenced in back yard, so perfect for BBQ's. I am 35F and have a small adorable teacup yorkie and prefer no other animals, but I'm open as long as the animals get along. Since I rent there will also be a $40 application fee with the property manager and you will be added to the lease.

It is off chaparral and the 101 and is truly a beautiful home with an open floor plan. Kitchen has breakfast bar and is open to living room. Tile and wood flooring throughout. Backyard with fenced pool perfect for entertaining. Beautifully landscaped and seating window in living room.
