I'm looking for a roommate that is easy going, quiet, clean and respectful. Must love animals!! Pets as long as they are clean, friendly, and get along with mine will be considered. I'm also looking for someone that is ok with helping with household chores - cleaning, mowing the lawn, handy work, etc. I'm all about being fair.
Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash, internet...)
You will get 2 bedrooms in the garden level area, your own bathroom with shower. Washer/dryer in that bathroom so it would be slightly shared. You will also get a snazzy spot in the 2 car garage!
