Rooftop Condo with City View

I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom of my place for K OBO. This person will also have access to the third bedroom to use as their office and as a shared guest room. I’m located right south of the river in Riverside, walking distance to lady bird lake and a 5 min drive to Rainey, DT and East side. It’s a bath with an awesome skyline rooftop built in , floor to ceiling windows with plenty of natural light.
