Hi hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s room in Playa Del Rey- starting May 1st

📍The Apartment: It’s a very spacious bath, with super high vaulted ceilings! Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and are separated by the living room so you have your privacy. It also has everything- central AC, heat, dishwasher, fireplace, balcony, in-unit laundry (and larger paid laundry machines if needed), parking spots in a gated garage, lots of guest parking & street parking.
