Looking for an older professional tired of top-dollar for sub-par bedrooms in the area to combine incomes and co-rent a house. With our incomes combined we can actually get a very nice place. No need for anything else. Lot of weird stuff online with roommate platforms or folks desperate to lease or get out of a lease. In my case I'm simply looking to amplify my market leverage with someone else. I'm currently working with a realtor who can make it happen, i.e. has properties they are willing to rent as "multi-family" for high earner folks with good credit. These houses are in the $ range so we would each be picking up around ~$2K in rent.
