Looking for a roommate to sublet/ lease takeover starting May 1st for my UES apartment.

Great neighborhood! Right in rd and York. Close to the Q train, restaurants, shops, hospitals. Aprtment is on the 2nd floor so it’s not a lot of stairs but not on the ground level. Well maintained building with live in super.

The available room can fit a queen sized bed, has two closets and has in wall AC. Room will come unfinished.

Living room is furnished and comfortable. I also to all the streaming services.

Kitchen is filly stocked with dishes, pots and pans and dishwasher.

Bathroom has an amazing shower with great water pressure.

About me: year old woman. I’ve lived in the UES for over years. I work in the office so I’m out of the apartment most of the day. I love television and movies. I’m pretty competitive when it comes to bar trivia. I’m friendly and a little chatty but totally respectful of personal time and space.

About you: responsible, tidy and fun! Must have a stable job ans good cedit to qualify.
