Large bedroom for rent!

I am renting out my upstairs bedroom! I'm located in mckinney, right off of . I am a single father with full custody of my kids. The bedroom does not have a closet however, I was going to purchase one of those stand-alone closets to put in the bedroom. It is a large bedroom, the bathroom will be shared. My kids do use the bathroom but they also use my master bathroom most of the time for baths and showers. I do have dogs and cats. I do not party, I am not up very late. Rent is $ a month and that includes all bills except groceries.
