Looking for a roommate!!

Hi! I’m
looking for a roommate (male or female) to move in on the first of July. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Flatbush. My apartment has a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, shared living room and a large balcony. The building has a small basement gym and rooftop hangout area. The apartment is 1 block away from the subway (lines ). I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate to fill my current roommates bedroom. I am the only roommate you will have!

A little bit about me: I’m a yo female, I have many interests and hobbies! I often work from home, so ideally I’d want a roommate who isn’t working remote. Also, I’m someone who likes keeping shared spaces clean :)
