There is in-building laundry located in the basement. It is about minute walk to Brookline Hills green line and 5 minute walk to the JP pond. The place is spacious, and very neatly kept! There is street parking during the day only. The only room you would need to furnish is your own!

The space: the bedroom is large enough to fit a queen bed and has a walk in closet, with direct access to the back porch/ basement. The second bathroom would be mostly yours.
