Fully finished basement with laundry room and storage space. House is furnished minus the bedrooms available. Long driveway and street parking. I do have two dogs who are pretty energetic and very friendly, and the backyard is fenced. Home is part of an HOA so the neighborhood is very well kept and there’s an awesome view of the mountains.
