Beautiful home constructed across the street from Texas A&M in luxury neighborhood. Welcome to a bath home (four thousand square-feet if you add patios etc). University police protect our neighborhood. You will have access to the University gardens and beautiful library. Walking paths, pool, and fitness center are expected to be constructed by the summer. Ten min from Home Depot and HEB, twelve min from famous missions, fifteen min to the Alamo, twenty min to Lackland, ten min to Brooks, twenty min to Fort Sam. Come study and focus in a tranquil four thousand square-foot loving and peaceful home. I’m looking to start a fresh vegetable garden in the backyard. Female students preferred. Quiet, tranquil, safe, respectful, spacious, lots of storage, ten-foot ceilings. Plenty of parking. Private utility room with washer and dryer. You will feel like you have your own place. You only need to rent one room (but two are available each with their own private bath). Welcome!
