The first month is discounted by $. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, and prefer the same, and I've had roommates for the last years, and prefer that to living alone. It's an older townhome but there's lots of windows and I've added some white lights to keep it festive, and I'm also getting more furniture soon as I've gotten rid of some of my other furniture. Also prefer someone who works full-time or more and doesn't drink daily. Also smoking is okay on the patio, and there's also covered parking directly in front of the townhome. There's really no curfew as long as you're quiet and mostly after a.m. and until about p.m. since my schedule fluctuates. pets may be okay if they're small animals. There's also a large mini fridge and an LG freezer and a regular size refrigerator as well so there's plenty of room for food Etc.
