Looking for a private room to rent

Hello! My name is Bobby. I’m years old and looking for a room to rent in Knoxville, Tennessee. I work from home as an IT professional and occasionally work weekends as a bartender. I have a cat named Aladdin whom I love very much and would very much like to take him with me wherever I go. I’m very much an extrovert and enjoy talking and meeting new people, which is usually why I will go out most of the days of the week. I spend most of my free time reading, studying, playing Dungeons & Dragons, or sometimes video games. I always do my best to make sure the common areas are clean along with my own personal space, but I will prioritize the common areas. I am very open and honest and I’m always willing to discuss things if there are issues. Since I work from home, I will need a quiet environment during the week to answer calls and emails. I do drink and occasionally smoke, but I will only smoke outside. I’m looking for a roommate and a friend,
someone who I can hang out with occasionally while also not feeling pressured to hang out every day while also not feeling pressured to never hang out.
