No smoking of any kind. Room is on the second floor and has a closet and you will have a private bathroom downstairs. The room will come unfurnished. Room has recessed lighting. The common areas of the unit are furnished and the kitchen has some cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. 

You will be living with one other female in her mid thirties (not me). She’s a real estate agent and an auditor.

The building is located in a cul-de-sac and in a securely gated community. The shared outdoor space includes two sitting + dining areas.
