The community has free parking areas or you could pay for a reserved parking spot. I think the HOA charges $ per month. You get a shelf in the kitchen, fridge/freezer and light kitchen privileges. The community is a safe family friendly neighborhood with lots of kids and neighborhood gatherings. No adult sleepovers, no smoking (I’m allergic), no pets, no parties, and no drugs.
