Spare room in 2 bed 1 bath duplex

Description

I have a two bedroom unit in a duplex in Lakewood and am looking for a roommate to stay in the open room. I have living room furniture but can make space or possibly get rid of something if you have something you want to keep. There is no furniture in the room. There are coin-operated laundry facilities shared by the people in the duplex.

I am a web developer for a company in the Cherry Creek area. I have a small dog named Duke. He's good with people, and comes to work with me, so he's generally gone when I am. I work a normal M-F 9-5 schedule. I'm pretty laid back and quiet. I don't go out or drink much, but do smoke pot regularly.
