I am looking for a roommate and room. I have a dog and a cat. I work from home. I do go out occasionally, but mostly I keep to myself and work on projects or work. I’m looking to stay in Tempe with a 1 year lease. I would prefer my own bathroom, and I need my own bedroom and office space to setup my work equipment. What I would hope from you is that you are average on cleanliness, you like to play board games, or video games. I also would prefer to move into a place with no pets, but don’t worry my dog is trained and my cat is chill. I’m willing to split on groceries.
