LOOKING FOR A FEMALE OR NON BINARY ROOMMATE.
Hello! My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate for our two bedroom suite.
We are located South Nanaimo about 7 minutes away from VIU.
We are looking for someone for either ASAP, or the start of February.

The rent is a little less than $ a month (includes utilities other than wifi).

Both of us are going to school full time, and also work. We have a dog and a cat that are very friendly and well behaved.

We are looking for someone who is considerate of their roommates needs and values. Preferably someone who is also going to VIU, but of course this is not required.

The suite is fully furnished. The only thing you’ll need it the items in your room as it is currently sitting empty.
