I am looking to rent a room in my large, older 1700 sq ft house. You will have a large 12x12 bedroom with 9 ft high ceilings and your own bathroom, both recently painted neutral colors.
Hardwood floors through out, large fenced back yard, high speed Internet, great cable package, utilities included, washer and dryer, greenhouse, large deck, materials to build your own raised garden, fruit trees, off street parking, living spaces shared as well as a completely furnished kitchen for those who like to cook or don't have dishes eat. Asking $600 which includes ALL utilities.
About me. I work Monday thru Friday 8-5 and have 2 boys that are 8&9 who are here every other week ( though they are in school Monday through Friday so they are gone more than they are here) and a pup named Toby. I don't do drugs or accept them in my house but I'm totally cool with wine and cider ;) If you are a non smoker who likes kids and dogs and this sounds good to you, give me a text and we will go from there. Dogs and/or child considered.
Asking first months rent plus a $400 non-refundable deposit.
