Hello! My name is Keeley and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible! I am transferring to a school at home (Pennsylvania) and I am hoping to lease my part of the apartment as soon as I can in hopes that I can transfer to my other school by January. It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, however I am only looking for someone to take my bedroom/bathroom. I have a roommate, Sam, and we are both students at Florida Atlantic University. Rent is $625 a month, and includes water and trash pick up. Electric is split between Sam and I, and has been about $50-70 or so each month for me. Because you would be taking over my lease, you would also be expected to pay the security deposit and the last months rent up front, each $625 as well.The apartment is located right off of Toledo Road (between Powerline and St. Andrews on Palmetto Park), very close to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and the beach!! It includes your own parking spot, washer and dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, and screened in porch. The apartment is furnished, but not the bedroom that you would be occupying.
