I am subleasing my fully furnished room at the UNF Flats. The rent is $704 a month and it includes all utilities as well as wifi and cable. I will pay your first months rent for you. I actually already have another place so you can move in as soon as you want, and won't have to pay rent until February.

The apartment is a 3 bed / 3 bath. I am only subleasing 1 private bedroom and bath. This is all student housing, it doesn't matter what school your going to, but you have to be a student somewhere. The apartment is really nice, right on the edge of UNF campus, and only a couple minutes from St. Johns Town Center. The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. As well as parking specifically for these apartments.
